1. Services

ROTEM offers personal styling services including wardrobe consultations, shopping sessions, color analysis, and related fashion advisory services. All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

2. Bookings & Payments

• A confirmed booking is required before any session begins.
• Invoices are issued prior to or following a session as agreed upon.
• Payment is due by the date specified on your invoice.
• We accept payment via the methods communicated at time of booking.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a session will be rescheduled at no charge.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about their preferences, budget, and lifestyle during consultations.
• Making final purchasing decisions — ROTEM provides guidance and recommendations only.
• Any costs incurred during shopping sessions, including purchases made.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, lookbooks, and design — is the intellectual property of ROTEM and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

ROTEM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
